There are two ways to access the customer portal and manage your subscriptions:

(a) When you purchase a product, you are sent an email (if you have already provided one during purchase) with a unique magic link that will take you to your customer portal. (It automatically expires every 7 days).

(b) As a customer you can also create an account that you can log into wherever you see the "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking it will lead you to the customer portal where you can manage your subscriptions.

Yes you can. Once you enter your customer portal ou will need to do the following:

• Login to your Customer Portal.

THEN:

• To the left-hand side of the screen select: "Add Product".
• Select the product that you want to change to.

THEN:

• You will immediately notice slightly towards the center of your portal, a lit up yellow button "SPLIT CONTRACT", click on it.
• Select how you would like to split the contract and accept.
• Your portal will now show two different contracts ( the one you want to change and the newly selected plan).
• Click on the bin in the contract that you want to get rid of. The new contract will now be your new contract.

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time you like.

Nope! Cancelling an order just skips those products' till next charge date.

Yes. Once you complete your plan or chosen your coffee products, the system automatically calculates the shipping , handling and taxes and displayed before you click "Continue to payment".
